FITSTART VOL. 1 5-week ONLINE program

For 5- weeks you will be dedicating 40 mins of your time to a HIIT style progressive training program. This program is perfect for anyone- moms, those who are short on time or who have minimal equipment available. You will need dumbbells and resistance bands. Are you ready Supreme Team?
